Hi, I'm Elise Henriksen

I’m a Holistic Lifestyle and Nutrition Coach, and I love helping parents and future parents reduce stress and improve nutrition to support a healthy body and mind.

​

Becoming a mom inspired me to make positive changes. For most of my life I had difficulty managing stress and nutrition. Recognising that I could potentially pass these challenges on to my daughter was a turning point for me.

 

Understanding the mind-body connection, particularly the

gut-brain connection, allowed me to take charge of my health and wellbeing in a way that I never thought possible.

And that is exactly what I want for you!

My mission is to empower you with the knowledge and tools to take charge of your health and wellbeing long-term, and give you the confidence to pass on a positive mindset and healthy habits to your children. 

 

It's not about being perfect! There is no such thing. I'm here to help you find a balance that works best for you and your family!
